Since opening its retail shop in 1998 Accents On Knits understood the importance of providing outstanding customer service. The same approach will be taken with its on-line store to ensure that your knitting and crocheting needs are met. In addition to all the things you expect of a quality on-line yarn shop we will:
- wind skeined yarn into balls if requested [Note: yarn which is wound cannot be returned]
- provide free custom sweater patterns for yarn you buy [Note: you must buy enough yarn to complete pattern]
- give you a discount of at least 10%* on your next purchase
* discount will be equal to discount earned on current purchase if more than 10%
The yarns currently featured in the on-line store represent a small portion of our extensive collection. Other yarns, books, needles, tools, shawl pins, buttons and other items will be added shortly.
